Repair Policy

While at Sadabahaar, we endeavour to create products of the highest quality and craft(wo)manship, life happens, and perhaps your jewelry got broken, came loose, or may be you would simply like to get it repolished. We have therefore, put in place a repair policy which is valid for all our products purchased up to 12 months in advance. 

Please follow these steps to register a repair request:

1. Keep your Order ID and contact details (email ID or phone number) handy.
2. Contact us with the Order ID and clear photos of the damaged product.
3. We will review your request within 2-3 business days, and you will receive further communication regarding the associated charges, based on the eligibility of repairs.

Note: If there is extra silver to be added into the repair process, the exact charges will be communicated to you. Only after we confirm the receipt of payment in full, we will commence the repairs.

Items purchased during our annual sale are not eligible for repairs.
