Sanchitaa is hands down the most considerate, communicative and wonderful shop keeper with whom I have ever worked. Due to Covid-19 lockdown in India, she couldn't ship the item for about 2 months but I really wanted the item so I was willing to wait. She kept me informed with any new information and always gave me the option of canceling. When the lockdown ended, I received the item within 3 days. Really excellent service. Couldn't ask for better.
The necklace is also very beautiful and just as pictured. Sanchita also sent me a pair of earrings to make up for the delay and thats so nice and she didn't have to do that.
