About Chitai Craft Chitai is a heritage silverwork technique from Rajasthan where artisans engrave intricate patterns using a hammer and small chisel. Unlike embossing, which raises the design, chitai carves it into the surfaceāleaving behind a rich tapestry of detailed motifs that play beautifully with light and shadow.
