Named after a beloved Rajasthani summer delicacy — the oliya, cool and fragrant, the taste of slower afternoons — this choker carries the same quality of abundance held lightly.

At the centre, a large oval pendant embossed with a mandala-like floral motif — the kind of surface that rewards a slow look, where the eye keeps finding new layers of pattern the longer it stays. From the pendant's base, ghungroos dangle, so the centrepiece does not merely sit but moves, sounds, breathes. On either side of this central pendant, paan-shaped silver pieces flank it like devoted attendants — each one embossed with peacock motifs and floral detailing that echo the central pendant's vocabulary without repeating it. The paan form itself is deliberate: that beloved leaf shape, the symbol of welcome and sweetness in Indian tradition, here pressed into silver and placed exactly where it needs to be.

The whole piece falls at 9 centimetres, excluding the dori — long enough to sit at the collarbone with presence, short enough to feel considered rather than heavy.

This is Rajasthani craft in its most characteristic register: ornate and joyful, every element earning its place, the whole somehow lighter than the sum of its parts.
